Hi everyone!  
I stumbled upon this software package and I found it amazing!  
Can someone tell me if the DICE and RICE model are applicable to other countries and also cities outside the US?  
I would like to compute the SCC for a large metropolis, occasionally algo changing the data in the dataset.  
I need help!
