What combination of p and n could plausibly yield 0.5% and 1% discount rates in MimiGIVE?

Are you looking for pairs that will yield 0.5% and 1% in the near-term? If you are using Ramsey discounting then your discount factor will change over time, so you can pin to a near term discount rate with calibrated parameters like those we used in Rennert et al. (I can provide those). If you want constant discount rates that remain 0.5% or 1% for the entire time horizon, you can set eta to 0 and rho to 0.005 or 0.01 respectively.
